Dental Insurance Information

We see any dental patients between the ages of two and one hundred and two!

We are “in-network” providers with Washington Dental Premier, the Delta Dental PPOs, Premera Dental, and we do accept nearly all national and regional dental insurance policies. We file all insurance claims for you. Teresa makes every attempt to understand the terms of your dental insurance policy, and will give you her best estimate of any co-pays that will be due. Those co-pays will be due at the time of service.

While the bulk of our patients do reside in the Snoqualmie Valley, we have many patients who travel from all over the Pacific Northwest, as well as California and Hawaii!
